Private lesson ballroom dance classes available by appointment Monday-Friday from 1-9:30 PM.<\/strong><\/p>

We continue to keep our studios a healthy and safe an environment for you and our staff. We encourage lots of hand washing, hand sanitizer is always available, and we are run air scrubbers when open for business.<\/span><\/p>

Group Class Descriptions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ballroom Bodies<\/strong> – A stretch & cardio class designed to condition and prepare you for your best ballroom dance self.<\/p>

Bridge to Bronze <\/strong>– This class is for students in their Beginner and Social Foundation Programs. Dances covered are listed in the calendar as Dances of the Week<\/em>.<\/p>

Newcomers<\/strong> – Free class open to the public that introduces the basics of 4-5 partnership dances such as Foxtrot, Waltz, Rumba, and Salsa.<\/p>

Step Into Dance Workshop<\/strong> – Designed for people with zero<\/em> ballroom experience. Learn the basics of: Foxtrot, Tango, Rumba, Swing, Salsa, and Two-Step. A friendly, structured way to build confidence and get comfortable on the dance floor. Prior enrollment required.<\/p>

Techniques Tuesday<\/strong> – Open to Bronze level students. A group class dedicated to smooth and rhythm techniques. Techniques will change every 2 weeks.
