Laura has been in the ballroom dance industry for over 8 years. Currently she manages one of the top Fred Astaire studios in the Texas region and within the top 15 in the nation. Before managing, Laura trained competitors for both regional and national competitions where she was consistently recognized as a top teacher. In addition she has professionally competed in both American style smooth and rhythm both regionally and nationally. During which time she has earned the titles of Fred Astaire Texas closed champion in both American rhythm and smooth,Texas regional independent rising star, Open finalist, Fred Astaire World finalist in rising star and Open smooth.
