Hope you can make it to all of them!<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Wednesday, July 11 at 6:30 p.m., we\u2019re offering a seminar that will help you keep your body loose and flexible.<\/strong> It\u2019s Foam Rolling 101 with Dr. Rios. This is a free class that will teach you how to use foam rolling to stay healthy. You don\u2019t need to bring anything but yourself \u2013 all materials will be provided. Not familiar with foam rolling? Check this out: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=DzSU2FiFKTM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=DzSU2FiFKTM<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once we\u2019ve got you all limbered up, you will be ready for <strong>Sock Hop Theme Party on Thursday, July 19 at 8 p.m.<\/strong> Dance to some oldies and have a blast with all of your friends from the Austin studio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, July 20 brings us Championship Mania at 7:30 p.m.<\/strong> Let\u2019s get those competitive juices flowing! Show us what you\u2019ve got on the dance floor. Alan Fenwick will be judging; this is the only Championship Mania until December.
