Break out your best Halloween costume and come boogie with us! Did you always want to be a football star or a princess? A cowboy or a fashion model? Here’s your chance to impress the judges while having a great time with all of your friends and colleagues.
Our theme parties are always festive, with plenty of dancing and social interaction with like-minded people who find dance engaging, therapeutic and fun. You can get in touch with your creative side by coming up with an outstanding costume as well.
When you dance, your cardiovascular system improves, your muscle tone increases and you burn calories. This low-impact aerobic activity also increases flexibility, strength, and balance. Olympic athletes often dance as part of their training to sharpen their control, agility, and speed.
