Kendall Schneider – Instructor

Originally from Maryland, she found her love of dance at the age of 5 following along to the choreography in Singin’ in the Rain and firmly insisting she was Gene Kelly.  She honed her teaching skills leading Outdoor Education trips along the Appalachian Trail and assisting with ballroom lessons at her alma mater Boston University.  She has been a competitive ballroom dancer on the collegiate circuit since 2017, specializing in all four styles.  When not on the competition floor, she spends her time social dancing in swing, salsa and bachata.  She believes strongly in the grounding power of dance, prides herself on blending focus and fun in both her personal and professional practice and looks forward to sharing her love of ballroom here at Fred Astaire Belmont.
