Why? Because one of the best ways to build a team is to reward them, frequently, for work well done.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">We have daily meetings and trainings. We have one-on-one mentoring. We set weekly goals, individually and collectively. We set studio goals by week, month and year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fredastaire.com\/bloomfield-hills\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2016\/12\/iStock-537097875.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3061\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fredastaire.com\/bloomfield-hills\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2016\/12\/iStock-537097875-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Monopoly - car on Park Place with hotel\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3061 size-medium\" \/><\/a>And when we meet our goals \u2013 or surpass them, like we did in 2016 \u2013 we say thank you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">In a big, big way.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">One of the Fred Astaire business trainers visited us a few months ago and while talking to one of my teachers, the trainer learned about our team-building trips.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fredastaire.com\/bloomfield-hills\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2016\/12\/iStock-584613130.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3062\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fredastaire.com\/bloomfield-hills\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2016\/12\/iStock-584613130-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Clear Blue Sky at Sandy Beach with Rocky Coastline\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3062\" \/><\/a>She said, \u201cOh my gosh!! Don\u2019t tell my teachers that \u2013 they\u2019ll all want to come work here.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">Why wouldn\u2019t they? <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">We are only as good as our teachers, and this team-building initiative is money well-spent.
