Sure, people meet online and even fall in love and live happily ever after.<\/p>\n

But we cannot discount, nor ignore, the face-to-face element of true connection. That\u2019s one of the greatest things about ballroom dance.<\/p>\n

You\u2019re standing face to face with another person. You smile. You reach out your hand, and they do as well. Hand-in-hand, you move slowly, then quicker, to the beat of the music.<\/p>\n

You fall in sync with your partner and move swiftly down the dance floor. You get to a point where you no longer even think about it \u2013 you\u2019re just doing it.<\/p>\n

Ballroom dance presents a safe space to meet others. It makes perfect sense \u2013 when you\u2019re having fun, endorphins flowing, feeling good from the good-vibes of exercise, it\u2019s an ideal place to meet others.<\/p>\n

Think about what it takes to make a relationship healthy and successful: positive energy, shared interests, an ability to work together, and good face-time with interesting conversation and chemistry.
