The kids are headed to college and careers, and suddenly your house is eerily quiet. In a way, you\u2019ve yearned for this day for years \u2013 but also dreaded it. The role you\u2019ve known \u2013 parent \u2013 is evolving, changing, and no longer your primary focus.<\/p>\n

A good percentage of our students are empty-nesters who, in mid-life, realized they have talent and time, a great combination to take to a dance studio. They want to move to the music. They want to meet new people. They want time just for them \u2013 to breathe, to talk, to listen, to be.<\/p>\n
