COVID-19 Studio Message to Students:
Fred Astaire Dance Studios – Boynton Beach is thrilled to announce the re-opening of our studio on Tuesday, May 26th!
Your health and safety have been at the foundation of our re-opening plan, which may continue to evolve as we follow CDC recommendations and guidelines. Our commitment is to provide a joyous and welcoming environment for all while ensuring the health and safety of our students and staff.
Here are a few of many changes you may expect when coming to the studio:
Lessons available by appointment only.
Monday – Friday 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Please arrive at the studio 5 minutes before starting your in-person lesson. One of our friendly professionals will greet you, take your temperature with a no-touch thermometer and let you in. In the pursuit to keep the number of people in our facilities to a minimum, the studio entry door will remain locked, even though we are inside dancing.
Lesson duration remains the same; however, we’ve allocated 60 minutes for each 40-minute session. The time in between will allow us to sanitize our facility and be ready to greet the next group of students.
We’ve temporarily limited the number of private lessons available at the same time to a 50% capacity.
We’ve expanded our services and now offer virtual, private, and group lessons. These will continue to remain available going forward. Please keep your eye open for our weekly virtual group lesson schedule, offering a wide variety of topics.
Everyone is required to wear a face-covering while on-premises and wash and sanitize their hands upon arrival.
Hand sanitizer will be made readily available throughout the studio.
If you experience any of the Covid-19 symptoms, please let us know by calling or emailing the studio. We will gladly reschedule your lesson.
We recognize that these times wake a wide variety of reactions; risk tolerance is varied from person to person. We are committed to displaying the maximum amount of compassion, understanding, and support to all of our Dance Family Members as we transition into creating the “new norm.” We welcome and value any feedback that can aid us in delivering an exceptional and effortless experience.
