A Big Congratulations To Our NDC Performers!

We always marvel at the hard work everyone puts in at the Brandon studio. From instructors to students, the commitment to dance is inspiring and rewarding.

It was especially rewarding at the recent National Dance Championships in Orlando. We could not be prouder of the showing of the Brandon studio entrants. How about a big round of applause for:

Marlena Del Rio, who earned third place in American Rhythm Bronze Closed Championship Ladies A Division, and first place in both Bronze Closed Rhythm Scholarship and Solo.

– Jackie Howett, who was vice-champion in American Rhythm Bronze Closed Championship Youth Division, and in Bronze Closed Rhythm Scholarship Youth Division.

– Terraell Hazlett, who earned third place in American Rhythm Bronze Closed Championship Ladies B Division and third in Bronze Closed Rhythm Scholarship Ladies B Division.

In addition, David Chancellor was the fourth Top Rhythm Teacher. And this all happened in only one day at the competition!

Dance can be fiercely competitive and a great way to channel energy into goal-setting and achievement. We salute all of the FADS Brandon studio folks who went to Orlando and gave it their all. We again want to congratulate Marlena Del Rio, Jackie Howett, Terraell Hazlett and David Chancellor for their efforts on the dance floor.

When you see them in the studio, give them a pat on the back. They went out there and earned it!
