As our year comes to a close, we have an opportunity to do some good this holiday season, and show how much #FredAstaireCares!

On Thursday, Dec. 19, we will be hosting Miss St. Petersburg USA – Amelia Joy during Salsa and Beginner group classes at 7pm. She’ll share a little about her platform – a wonderful non-profit called Southeastern Guide Dogs.

Their mission is to “transform lives by creating and nurturing extraordinary partnerships between people and dogs. We train dogs of the highest pedigree for people who are blind and for veterans, providing our premier dogs and lifetimes services at no cost, without government funds.”

Now a Crimsonette in The University of Alabama’s Million Dollar Band, Amelia has passionately promoted this great cause since third grade. Southeastern Guide Dogs will also be her platform for the Miss Florida USA Pageant in January 2020.

So, how can we help? There are two ways. Come to Salsa or Beginner group class Thu. Dec. 19 at 7pm and “Purchase a Paw”. We will have paws on the mirror with prizes on the back! It’s that easy. The second way to help is Amelia’s special fundraiser for Southeastern Guide Dogs: Four Paws for a Cause https://tinyurl.com/u5ga8vz

Let’s get in the giving spirit and do some fun dancing along the way! RSVP HERE.
