Won’t this be a special Thanksgiving for us at the Brandon studio!
We are thrilled to announce that Kelle and David are dancing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade with other FADS couples from around the country! Each region of FADS will be sending two professional couples to perform in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. We will certainly be in front of the TV to watch the parade and look for all of the FADS representatives, especially Kelle and David. Please wish them a good trip when you see them and let them know how proud you are of them!
It has certainly been a season of giving at the Brandon studio and we are wrapping up our charitable fall with a food collection/donation to Lighthouse Ministries. They are accepting canned and boxed goods, which can be placed in the barrel in our studio through the second week in Nov.
Giving back to the community is something we take pride in and we couldn’t do without all of your help. In the last few weeks our students and staff have donated to the Cakes to Cure for St. Joseph’s Hospitals Foundation (breast cancer), raised over $2,000 for Grow Into You Foundation, and donated two boxes full of toiletries for Echo Foundation of Brandon. It’s definitely been a time of giving back and we could never thank everyone enough for their kindness and generosity!
Closing out this month, we have a regional Trophy Ball on Thursday, Nov. 29, at 6 p.m. Students will receive recognition for their accomplishments and dance success at a delicious dinner at the Rusty Pelican (2425 N. Rocky Point Drive) in Tampa. We can’t wait to honor our fabulous students, especially after a successful month of giving back!
The holidays are coming, spirits are high and this is best time of year to be around your friends and family and dance!
