Dancing With The Stars - Studio Edition!
Annual Dance Event for Current Students
Our Fred Astaire Dance Studios – Cave Creek location is proud to present our annual Dancing With The Stars event!
This event is for our current students and is a chance to do something new and exciting, with a little added mystery, every week for up to 2 weeks!
How It Works:
You will randomly select an instructor & dance style by drawing from a hat.
You and your instructor then have two lessons to create magic – a special performance if you will!
Your masterpiece will then be performed on the event date(s) of your choice!
Winners will be announced:
1st week Winners 5/4
2nd week Winners 5/11
Dates & Themes: (all event times are 7:30pm)
Week 1 (Thursday, April 27th) – Movie Night
Week 2 (Thursday, May 4th ) – Latin Night
How to Win:
The winner for each week is based on a points system.
- 1 Audience Vote = 1 point
- 1st Place = 3 points
- 2nd Place = 2 points
- 3rd Place = 1 point
- Best Costume = 3 points
- Guest Spectators = 2 points per guest that comes to watch.
Grand Prize = Trophy & Participation Fee for Summer Showcase
