Break out your best Halloween costume and come boogie with us! Did you always want to be a football star or a princess? A cowboy or a fashion model? Here\u2019s your chance to dress up and relive those childhood memories while having a great time with all of your friends and colleagues. (Don\u2019t worry, costumes are optional!)<\/p>\n

Our theme parties are always festive, with plenty of dancing and social interaction with like-minded people who find dance engaging, therapeutic, and fun. You can get in touch with your creative side by coming up with an outstanding costume as well.<\/p>\n

When you dance, your cardiovascular system improves, your muscle tone increases, and you burn calories. This low-impact aerobic activity also increases flexibility, strength, and balance. Olympic athletes often dance as part of their training to sharpen their control, agility, and speed.<\/p>\n
