Irvin was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, and moved to the United States at the age of 10. He was living in Las Cruces , New Mexico for thirteen years where he obtained a bachelor\u2019s degree in dance with a Dancesport concentration from New Mexico State University. He moved to New Jersey in July of 2018 and has worked with Fred Astaire Dance Studios as a professional instructor ever since. Aside from ballroom, Irvin\u2019s original dance background ranges from a variety of styles, including hip hop, contemporary, and jazz. He has had a passion for dance since the age of three, and his passion for the art only continues to grow.<\/p>\n
Currently, Irvin is competing in the Professional American Rhythm division with his partner, Lupita.<\/p>\n
