assembling a team of world class dance instructors who pour everything they have into making each dance lesson an enjoyable experience.  It starts with the instructors taking time getting to know each student individually and then adjusting their teaching methods to allow steady and continuous dance skill progression.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nOn top of that, the studio culture is very welcoming to new students and social interaction in general between students is encouraged and facilitated through twice a month 90 min dance parties and other social events including outside studio outings.  If you\u2019ve never danced before, but always wanted to, or if it\u2019s been a while, I highly recommend checking out the Cypress studio! So I will do my best to keep it to 10 paragraphs \ud83d\ude1d.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nTim and Hector are my instructors, and they have been nothing less than pro perfection! Tailoring my lessons to match the goals I want to achieve in dance while keeping it fun at the same time. They don\u2019t just teach you steps; they take the time to educate you on the \u201cwhy\u201d and \u201chow,\u201d ensuring you have a strong foundation to help you be your very best at whatever goal you're reaching for.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThen there\u2019s the rest of the Fred Astaire Cypress team: Elena, the studio manager; Ellie, Magui, Edina, and Barnabas, who are equally as amazing as their counterparts. All of them bring an unbelievable amount of skill and quality of dancing to every student. I guess that\u2019s why they are the pros!<br \/>\n<br \/>\nWith that said, it can be so easy to lose that quality, momentum, or high energy with the amount of students they work with one-on-one, the group classes, the long hours to ensure every student receives the same level of time and training, plus their own training they do after hours. The dedication is unmatched. Every single one of them, including Hector and Tim, not once have I seen anyone lose that momentum and energy in the four months I\u2019ve been coming. You will always walk in to smiling faces, and the instructors are ready, pumped, engaged, and excited to be teaching you.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nI encourage anyone interested in ballroom to take lessons with this studio. You would be lucky to have any one of these people in your dance journey corner.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nP.S. In addition to being dance instructors they are also competitive dancers.<br \/>\nIf you want to learn how to dance, I highly recommend the FADS - Cypress studio staff.  I came to the studio with no dance (or any related activity) experience.  I can no longer imagine my life without dance. Then, with their group classes and parties, I started to become more confident (introvert in the house). The most important thing, main reason I keep coming to the FADS, is that the teachers and staff treats you like a friend, in a still professional manner. Is even therapy for me. I signed up for my first lesson back in January thinking it would be something it did once or twice a month. Joke\u2019s on me! I go every chance I get, sometimes 4-5 days a week. I love the variety of the group classes, and the opportunity they provide to learn with so many other students. Then, there\u2019s the private lessons where we really dive deep. The entire staff is phenomenal! Most of my classes have been with Hector and Magui, and I\u2019ve had a few recently with Tim and Eli. I adore them all! They are so supportive and encouraging, and also do not cut you any slack. They want you to succeed, whatever your goals are, whether it\u2019s just to have fun, feel more confident going out with friends, putting together an epic first dance for your wedding, or breaking into the world of competition. They keep it professional, but oh so fun!
