“Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life” – Mark Twain.

BIO:

Val started dancing when he was 10 years old in his home country of Russia. He was invited to be in a dance concert at school, where he thought would be the perfect beginning of his dance career. His first ballroom dance competition was in 1996 in which it took 4 years to become the champion in his region. After he left home to study at the university and to travel and dance, he came to the United States in October of 2017 where he became a member of the Fred Astaire Doylestown Team. Together with his fellow dance instructors, Val has consistently earned multiple Top Studio awards at numerous competitions, independent or otherwise. To Val, it is a pleasure being a dance instructor at a place of many dance styles and respected and genius dancers. His favorite thing about dancing is expressing himself through movement and teaching others what he has learned.
