Jean is known for her knowledge in dance as well as business. She has gained recognition as a Trainer and Examiner in all levels of certifications for American, International, and Exhibition Styles of Dance. Not only is she a current Fred Astaire Dance Studios Co-Area Franchisor of New Jersey with Charles Penatello, she is also a recognized Member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance, World Adjudicator, and Chairman of Judges for the Fred Astaire Organization and National Dance Council of America.
