It is a week where we pay special attention to the value of ballroom dancing in our lives \u2013 from every standpoint. Whether it\u2019s fitness, or overall health, or just fun, dance keeps us whole and happy.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fredastaire.com\/glenn-heights\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/256\/2018\/09\/Tucson-1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fredastaire.com\/glenn-heights\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/256\/2018\/09\/Tucson-1-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3925 alignright\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Our NBDW celebration reflects how much dance has benefited us, and so we look to benefit others. During the week, we are offering a discount introductory program (hint, tell your friends) for $39, and we will donate $20 of that to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.beadsofcourage.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Beads of Courage<\/strong><\/a>, which helps children with serious illnesses cope through arts-in-medicine.
