Meet The Owners: Rick & Vanina Soppa
“Our goal is to create a massive dance community that feels like one big family. We can’t wait to welcome you into our home away from home!” – Rick and Vanina Soppa.
Rick and Vanina Soppa together have a combined experience of over 32 years teaching and managing with Fred Astaire Dance Studios. Their professional titles include 2006 Fred Astaire National Rising Star Rhythm Champions and 2008 Wisconsin State Rising Star Rhythm Champions. Vanina spent many years managing one of the top FADS Franchises in the country, while Rick, as a Top National Instructor, trained numerous top national student competitors before opening their own Greenfield location in January 2011. “We love to provide a fun, friendly, family atmosphere where anyone can learn to dance.”

Patrick Wysocky – Dance Professional
Patrick has been dancing for over 4 years and has loved it every step of the way. He enjoys all the aspects of dancing and teaching as well. His favorite part, being able to meet new people and impact their lives in a meaningful way, saying there’s nothing else quite like it.
Dajana Stanic – Dance Professional
Dajana has been dancing and teaching with Fred Astaire dance studios for over 4 years. She loves teaching students of all levels, from brand new to advanced. One of her favorite parts about teaching is getting to interact with people from all walks of life and seeing dancing through their eyes. Another thing she enjoys about teaching is helping students achieve their goals and seeing how dancing makes a positive impact on their life! Her love for dancing and students has helped her achieve numerous Top Teacher awards throughout the years.
Alec Lachman – Dance Professional
Alec Lachman has 12 years of performing experience in stage and film. He was classically trained as an actor at Uw-Milwaukee and Shakespeare & Company. He’s excited to share his knowledge and be apart of the Fred Astaire family. He also enjoys long walks on the beach and getting caught in the rain.
