About <strong>20 minutes are spent dancing<\/strong>, where your instructor introduces basic movements and helps you picture how much fun partner dancing can be. The remainder of the lesson your instructor will:<\/p><ul><li>Introduce the <strong>Fred Astaire teaching system<\/strong><\/li><li>Explain <strong>group classes, practice parties, and other studio activities<\/strong><\/li><li>Help you understand <strong>how to get the most out of your lessons<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>The Introductory Course is a <strong>true trial program with no commitment<\/strong>.
