Sofiia was born in the southern part of the Ukraine and started her career in Ballroom Dancing at the age of eight as a junior competitor. <\/span>Sofiia has had the honor of representing the Ukrainian Ballroom team in competitions both regionally and nationally, earning the title of <\/span>\u00a0finalist in multiple Ukrainian and European Championships in the Latin division.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sofiia also has the honor of being the Youth champion of the Ukraine, Youth champion of Moldova and Youth vice champion of Bulgaria.\u00a0 Sofiia also achieved<\/span>\u00a0the top 30 best couples in the World at the Championships in England.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sofiia is quoted as saying: \u201cI am a dancing soul, it has always been my favorite way to express myself. I love teaching and sharing emotions. Giving and receiving energy through dance is my priority\u201d.\u00a0 To all that have had the honor of working with Sofiia nothing could be more true, she puts 100% into all that she offers on the dance floor.\u00a0 Her teaching experience includes the Ukraine, Czech Republic and the United States and those lucky of enough to work with her can attest to her commitment to their goals, and her ability to help them achieve them.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2022, Sofiia moved to\u00a0 the United States of America and continued her career at Fred Astaire Dance Studios-Hamden, as a Certified Dance Teacher and competitor in the American style Rhythm and International style Latin. Sofiia and her dance partner Andrii Drobitko have already ahcieved Regional New England region in Closed International Latin champions and American style finalists.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
