We\u2019ve got some fun events planned throughout January, and we hope to see you at all of them, along with your usual ballroom dance classes at the studio.<\/p>\n

Did your New Year’s resolution include something health and fitness related? If so, make sure to check out our new Vinyasa Yoga group class on Saturdays at 9am with Certified Instructor, Chris Bishop.<\/strong> \u00a0Yoga is the union of body and breath. Vinyasa yoga is simply a flowing sequence of poses. This class is great for strengthening and stretching geared towards dancing. Increase your flexibility, get a good stretch and prevent injuries in this dynamic class. (1 Hour Sessions: $20 per session – $15 for FADS students – cash only. Bring your own yoga mat.)<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\u201cDancescape 2020! Bohemian Rhapsody\u201d<\/strong> takes place Saturday, Jan. 25, at the Hobby Center in Zilkha Hall. This dance-show spectacular<\/strong>\u00a0will have everything from ballroom to Latin. It is one of the two big regional shows we do each year, featuring student performances and a wonderful exhibition by our professionals.\u00a0The show is open to all.<\/strong>\u00a0Tickets are available at our studio locations and at the door.<\/p>\n

Next up is our studio Karaoke Potluck,<\/strong> on Janunary 30th. The fun begins at 8pm! Come ready to eat and dance to the world’s best offkey singing!<\/strong> We also have a fun little compeition for our current students. Heres the deal; students who bring the most guests will win two private lessons<\/strong> and each guest receives a free 30-minute private lesson!<\/strong> The referring student receives a private lesson if guests enroll in a new program.<\/p>\n
