Get ready for our Mini Match Marathon. It’s fun and it’s competitive!
The date is Sunday, March 17. The Mini Match Marathon is basically like a giant pep rally where students can come and dance as many times as possible, earning points for their studio each time they do so. A winner is announced at the end and they get to take their trophy back with them to the studio to stay until a future Mini Match when another studio has the chance to win it.
We are hungry! We’re hoping to win the trophy back from Cypress and bring it back with us to our Memorial Studio where it belongs. This event will be held at the Cypress FADS location.

We’re calling it dinner theater, but it’s really much more than that. This is dinner theater put on by the Fred Astaire Dance Studios staff and students of the Texas Region.
Students can come here and perform their show routines or open routines to the song of their choice and enjoy a lovely seated meal, followed by a cast party after the show. Students are encouraged to sign up to perform. Talk to your instructor about taking part and discovering a new avenue for your talents.
Many students find they enjoy performing in front of an audience in a setting like this and establish new, ambitious dancing goals. It is certainly worth a try!
