Mini Match in the Studio

Fred Astaire Memphis held a Mini Match in the studio on Saturday, July 15, 2017 showcasing a multitude of talented routines by our students and dance instructors.  These routines were critiqued by our guest judges, Diane Korpitz – professional dance coach, and John Sanders, owner of Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Birmingham, Alabama.

Fred Astaire Memphis student, Tammy Drake, says of her time at the Mini Match, “So what other sport do you work your body hard and sweat like crazy during practice just so you can look like this when you compete?”
