Fred Astaire Memphis was proud to support The Pink Tie Wine Affair hosted by Doc’s Wine, Spirits & More. This occasion touted a wine tasting that was affordable, fun, and for a good cause. With the help of Carrefour at Kirby Woods Shopping Center, they were able to get the former Borders bookstore space, just steps away from Doc’s, for this awesome event. Guests enjoyed sweet wines, dry wines, and everything in between, and 100% of the profits go to the Memphis-MidSouth Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure!
You didn’t have to wear a pink tie, but dress was semi-formal, and you were encouraged to have a touch of pink in your attire to show your support of the Susan G Komen Foundation and their fight against breast cancer.
