Now more than ever, it\u2019s important to keep your body moving for optimal wellness. At home dance lessons are a great outlet for this! Our at home dance workouts give you a fun workout while teaching you the fundamentals to dance. Here\u2019s four reasons to give online dance workout classes a try:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Whole-body workout<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dance is fast paced, so you&#8217;ll get plenty of heart healthy cardiovascular exercise. Just a quick 30-minute dance class burns an average of 200 calories, about the same as jogging but much more fun! Dance also strengthens core muscle groups such as legs and abdomen.
