Dance Lessons for Singles

Meeting other people with similar interests in a comfortable, supportive atmosphere might seem to be a thing of the past. People are swiping right and swiping left on their smartphones, utilizing dating services, doing quickie round-robin lunches as they seek companionship and a relationship. For singles, the world has changed radically over recent years, and so has finding someone to share time with.

Many women aren’t at ease in a bar. Many men don’t have “the lines” to break the ice in those situations. Matchmaking by friends can add to the pressure of an arranged date.

So we’ll give you Phoenix singles a great solution, where the first words need only be “Would you like to dance?” Men can ask. Women can ask. And then? You dance. You’ve taken the first step, maybe toward something magical.

Fred Astaire Dance Studio of North Phoenix is a great place for singles to mingle without pressure. First and foremost, we’re teaching a variety of ballroom dances and you’re getting to work on those steps at our great practice parties. Our group ballroom dance classes are a wonderful setting at which people already have something in common. And because so many dances require a partner, our students get the opportunity to meet many other people and experience them in a low-pressure setting. Remember the magic words: “Would you like to dance?” You’ll be amazed how a few successes (and dances) build your confidence and open you to others.

We’re going to help jump-start the process with this great offer that we call 4 for $40. You get two private lessons and two practice parties for forty bucks as a way of getting a feel for what we do. Sign up now! Put a little bounce in your step, feel better about yourself and hang out with folks who enjoy dancing as much as you do.

We are also going to have a “Ladies Latin Night” on Friday, April 20th at 7:30 p.m. This will feature Salsa, Cha Cha, & Merengue Line Dances.

  • $10 per person
