Christopher McCloud – Dance Instructor

Christopher Daniel McCloud II, dance name in the hip hop scene is Shaggi, graduated from Buckeye Union High School and is currently at Estrella Mountain Community College. He had many athletic achievements throughout his schooling in basketball, track & field. Qualifying for state after placing first in the long-distance divisions. He has been dancing professionally for ten years and has worked for several dance studios such as Greater Levels, Creative Kids Dance, Be Kind and more. While with Greater Levels, he was awarded for the Number One Instructor with his kids placing first in several competitions. Later, in his career, he had the chance to start his own dance crew called The Village. They had the opportunity to open for celebrities such as Jacques, Nipsey Hussle, PNB Rock, Dej Loaf and Trey Songs. His styles of dance in the hip hop genre are bone breaking, popping, animation, isolation, and glides. He is certified in the Ballroom & Latin style and presently working for the Fred Astaire Dance Studios Company at the Moon Valley location. He have competed at the FADS Regional Competitions such as, Arizona Grand Championships Awards Gala in the Closed Rhythm Divisions. Christopher loves working with people and seeing his students find success with a lot of fun along the way. He is looking forward to a continued career with the FADS Company.
