Fred Astaire Morristown is New Jersey\u2019s Top Studio!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Congratulations to all of our students who did a fabulous job on the dance floor
\nat Fred Astaire New Jersey\u2019s 2014 Team Match Competition!<\/p>\n

The Team Match<\/a> competition took place all day Saturday, January 18th
\nat the Ocean Place Resort in Long Branch, NJ.<\/p>\n

Competitors took part in Ballroom and Latin dances such as
\nWaltz, Swing, Samba, Tango, Mambo, Foxtrot and more!
\nA special round of fun \u201cteam match\u201d dances also brought on
\nmuch spirited rivalry between Team Yellow & Team Purple!<\/p>\n

After the competition, more of our students joined us for the
\nformal Gone With the Wind banquet! Southern belles and
\ndignified gentlemen swirled through the ballroom!<\/p>\n

Being that the evening was also a Trophy Ball,
\nan exciting awards ceremony also took place!<\/p>\n

Students and Staff of Fred Astaire Morristown received NUMEROUS awards
\nand trophies during the course of the evening, including:<\/p>\n

\nTop Male Business Award \u2014 Greg Delekta
\nTop Receptionist \u2014 Cristina DiGiacomo<\/p>\n

During the course of our competition MANY
\nof our students placed first in single dances and achieved
\nsignificant placement in scholarship divisions as well.<\/p>\n

Last but not least, many of our students completed Social Foundation, Bronze & Silver
\nprograms and received diplomas for successfully checking out!<\/p>\n
