Our Neurodivergent Adaptive Dance Classes are designed for children and teens to experience and enjoy the numerous benefits of dancing. This inclusive program is perfectly suited for children and teens on the neurodivergent spectrum – including but not limited to autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and OCD.\u00a0<\/span>The goal of our\u00a0adaptive classes<\/span>\u00a0is to provide the opportunity to learn and develop through\u00a0<\/span>dancing in a safe space.<\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
About the Program:<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/div>
– designed for ages 6 and up<\/span><\/div>
–\u00a0class size is limited<\/span><\/div>
– a parent\/caregiver must remain onsite for the entire duration of the class<\/span><\/div>
–\u00a0<\/span>Solo and Group performance opportunities\u00a0<\/span>available<\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/span><\/div>
Benefits and Goals:<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/div>
– experience ballroom dancing steps and movements<\/span><\/div>
– develop\u00a0social, motor, sensory, and coordination skills<\/span><\/div>
– build self-confidence and self-awareness<\/span><\/div>
– provide a supportive community and foster relationships<\/span><\/div>
– create a safe environment for unlimited creativity and self-expression<\/span><\/div>

– Warm up and Stretch<\/span><\/div>
– Ballroom\u00a0Dance Basics (Waltz, Salsa, Rumba, and more!)<\/span><\/div>
– Group Dance\u00a0Routines (if applicable)<\/span><\/div>
– Dance<\/span>\u00a0games<\/span><\/div>
