It’s no secret that dance benefits both your physical and mental health in ways that no other sport can! Starting this February, we will be adding two new dance classes to our schedule; ballet and Zumba. Let’s take a look at some of the benefits that each of our new classes can provide!

Zumba is a prominent fitness program that combines upbeat music with dance. One Zumba class will feature multiple songs with a varying pattern of movements that are designed to keep you active.
