Here\u2019s your chance to dress up and relive those childhood memories while having a great time with all of your friends and colleagues.<\/p>\n<p>Our theme parties are always festive, with plenty of dancing and social interaction with like-minded people who find dance engaging, therapeutic and fun. You can get in touch with your creative side by coming up with an outstanding costume as well.<\/p>\n<p>When you dance, your cardiovascular system improves, your muscle tone increases and you burn calories. This low-impact aerobic activity also increases flexibility, strength, and balance.
