MAE LOZADA – Studio Director & Professional Dance Instructor

Mae started dancing in her native Philippines at the age of thirteen. She specialized in Jazz, Cheerleading and Philippine Traditional Dances until Ballroom Dancing has become her passion. In 2009, she graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering, but at that time, ballroom dancing was her only career.

She moved to United States in 2012, immediately started working with Fred Astaire NY Midtown where she had a lot of success for 10 years. She and her partner Kristian Sese accomplished tons of awards in major US Dancesport competitions in Professional American Rhythm division – including USDC, Ohio Star Ball, Emerald Ball, Embassy Dance Championships, Millennium Dancesport Championships and Fred Astaire’s Nationals’ finalists.
