Vera and Vladimir’s journey in the world of dance began in Rochester, New York, in 2001. Their initial encounter was a serendipitous twist of fate; with their respective dance partners unavailable for an upcoming studio showcase, they were paired together. This collaboration not only led to a successful professional partnership but also blossomed into a deep personal relationship, culminating in their marriage in 2007.
Their exceptional chemistry and skill have been evident throughout their career, earning them recognition and prominent titles that include Fred Astaire National and World Champions, US National Nine Dance Finalists and World Master Champions.
In addition to their competitive success, Vera and Vladimir have advanced to esteemed roles as international judges, coaches, and choreographers. They are honored members of the prestigious Fred Astaire International Dance Council, reflecting their influence and leadership in the dance community.
Their contributions to the field have been further recognized with multiple Top Teacher awards from the Fred Astaire Organization.
Vladimir, has continued his career and has been focusing on his students and has achieved significant success in the Pro/Am sector, guiding his students to numerous titles, including countless National and World Championships.
