He trained and competed in Ukraine, earning the title Master of Sports of Ukraine in Dance Sport in 2020.<\/p><p>Helping new students get started is a central part of Vlad\u2019s work. His Fred Astaire recognition includes the 2024 Top Front Department Specialist award for the Virginia and East North Carolina region. In 2026, he and Polina Kravchuk were invited to present new-student training at Fred Astaire\u2019s FACT conference.<\/p><p>Vlad also works with wedding couples and students preparing for showcases and competitions. In Richmond magazine\u2019s 2025 wedding coverage, he shared how rewarding it is to see couples with no previous experience discover they can dance.
