She helps beginners discover the enjoyment of ballroom dancing and works with wedding couples to create a first dance that feels like them.<\/p><p>Her encouraging approach extends into the Richmond community through the studio\u2019s ParaDance collaboration with Sportable, where she has served as a lead instructor. Her Fred Astaire honors include 2024 Rookie of the Year recognition in the Virginia and East North Carolina region.<\/p><p>Polina\u2019s work with wedding couples was featured in Richmond magazine\u2019s 2025 A-List coverage, and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts describes her as a beginner specialist.
