She is a certified NDCA (National Dance Council of America) Adjudicator as well as a member of NADTA ( North American Dance Teacher Association) and the World Dance Council. With her direction, FADS Rochester hosts showcases, social dances, fundraisers and donation drives. Giving back to the community is a cornerstone of the vision Alicia has for Fred Astaire. As World Champion in Professional International Standard-2013\u00a0 and Fred Astaire US National Champion, Professional International Standard as well as an Ohio Star Ball Finalist, Alicia is hands-on in the training of all studio staff.
