In addition to teaching, Victoria\u00a0competes professionally, continuously refining her own skills while inspiring those around her. Victoria is a\u00a0Certified Fred Astaire Ballroom & Latin Dance Instructor, having successfully passed the company\u2019s\u00a0prestigious certification exam, which is overseen by\u00a0certified international dance council members and adjudicators. This rigorous process ensures the highest standard of instruction, and all Fred Astaire professionals must maintain good standing to teach within the company.<\/p>\n
Her love for movement and performance started long before ballroom dancing. Growing up, Victoria spent\u00a0seven years as a competitive cheerleader\u00a0and also competed in\u00a0majorettes, honing her coordination, discipline, and stage presence. In high school, she expanded her athletic background by\u00a0joining the track and field team, a passion she carried into college. This strong foundation in competitive sports has shaped her teaching philosophy, allowing her to\u00a0motivate and empower students\u00a0with the same dedication and energy that fueled her own journey.<\/p>\n
Victoria earned her\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Movement Science\u00a0from\u00a0Westfield State University, specializing in\u00a0Physical and Adventure Education. With a strong background in education, she has always gravitated toward roles that allow her to\u00a0teach, inspire, and encourage others\u00a0to embrace an active lifestyle. Now, she channels that same enthusiasm into the dance studio,\u00a0making every lesson an exciting, fulfilling, and confidence-building experience.<\/p>\n
Outside of dance, Victoria is an\u00a0avid outdoor enthusiast\u00a0who thrives on movement and adventure.
