Lee Boocock-Stephenson

Lee went to his first Ballroom and Latin class at the age 6 years old and absolutely fell in love with dancing. A year later he entered his first competition and was hooked on dancing competitively. At the age of 9 he decided he wanted to explore different types of dance so started to train in Classical Ballet, Tap and Jazz. When he was 23 he got a job working professionally as a dancer for Butlins a resort chain within the UK. He then spent 6 months in Rochester NY as assistant choreographer for Greece Athena High School Show Choir. After returning to the U.K, he moved to London and pursued his Ballroom and Latin training. Competing at many prestigious regional and national competitions with great success, winning multiple titles in the IDTA and NATD associations. Alongside his own personal dancing Lee began to also coach other dancers at a dance studio and London passing on his skills and knowledge to teach and develop his own students dancing. He is extremely excited about joining the Fred Astaire Family developing his own skills and passing on his years of experience.
