Kristal has had a passion for dance since childhood, discovering movement through music, family traditions, and learning choreography from music videos. She grew up dancing salsa, bachata, and merengue, with salsa holding a special place in her heart for the way it keeps her connected to her Puerto Rican roots and celebrates the rich traditions of her culture.<\/p>\n
Kristal has choreographed performances for a middle school after-school program and co-choreographed a high school pep rally performance. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and a licensed therapist whose niche is somatic therapy, bringing movement, mindfulness, and a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection into every class.
