We\u2019re also doing all we can to help them defray costs with a fundraiser on Friday, April 24 at the studio. Please come out to have a great time and assist our dancers as they carry our banner across the Atlantic Ocean.<\/p>\n<p>Our event starts at 7:45 pm, with a $25 cover charge. We\u2019ll have dance performances, a lip synch contest, lots of raffles and silent auction items. It takes place from May 21-29 at the world famous Empress Ballroom, Winter Gardens. Last year there were 60 countries represented, with a total of 2,950 entries in the 12 events: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blackpooldancefestival.com\/index.php?active_menu=17\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.blackpooldancefestival.com\/index.php?active_menu=17<\/a>. You\u2019ll understand why it is known as the \u2018The World\u2019s First and Foremost Festival of Dancing.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>See on Friday night!
