(No prior ballroom dance\u00a0experience is necessary).<\/p><p><strong>We have two age groups for our classes: 6-9 years old and 10-14 years old.\u00a0<\/strong><br role=\"presentation\" data-uw-rm-sr=\"\" \/><strong>Our youth program focuses on the following:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Building self confidence and social skills<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Increasing creativity<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Basic elements of all the ballroom dances<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Develop coordination<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Balance and flexibility<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Team work<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Benefits of ballroom dancing:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Exercise<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Confidence<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Making New Friends<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Our instructors are highly trained and board certified.
