Who Are We?

Westerville, OH

FADS Westerville celebrates 20 years of business.

The studio opened in Westerville in 1999 at Westerville Square Shopping Center on Westerville Road. In 2013, studio owner Amy Jordan purchased the old Key Bank building on the corner of Huber Village Blvd and Eastwind Drive to make this its new location.

Fred Astaire Westerville offers fun, easy instruction to competitive social dancing with certified instructors. We educate students through private and group lessons as well as offering weekly practice sessions that are open to all former Fred Astaire Dance studio students.

Our dance instructors are highly skilled and trained to help you learn using the unique Fred Astaire Method. Hailing from around the world, our teachers are actively competing, award-winning professionals and gifted educators. Many of our teachers have degrees in the fine arts and all have passed rigorous exams given by the Imperial Society of the Teachers of Dance and/or the Fred Astaire Curriculum certification.

The Westerville studio understands the importance of supporting and giving back to the community. We have participated for the past several years in Relay for Life Westerville as well as The Pink Fund’s ‘Dancing with the Survivors’ in support of raising funds for breast cancer awareness. We have also raised money for cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy and the Citizens for Humane Action Animal Shelter.
