Dance Fitness Classes
Get fit while having fun! All our dance fitness classes are $10 drop-in or $80 for a 10-class card.

LaBlast is a perfect balance between dance and fitness. The workout is in disguise while you learn dances like the Swing, Cha Cha, Jive, Salsa, Paso Doble, Samba, and many more. No partner needed! During LaBLast classes all music is used from any genre or era. Are you ready to have a blast? Let’s LaBlast!
Tuesdays: 8 p.m. – 45 minutes
Thursdays 10 a.m. – 55 minutes
Saturdays 9 a.m. – 55 minutes
Strengthening and stretching geared toward dancing. Increase your flexibility, get a good stretch and prevent injuries in this dynamic class. Wear yoga-type clothing and bring a mat if you have one (it’s not always used).
Wednesdays at 8 p.m. – 45 minutes
