Originally from Mexico, Natalie Cardenas has a B.A. in ballroom dance education from New Mexico State University. During her time in college, she trained in ballet, jazz, modern dance, flamenco and all styles of ballroom dancing. Shortly after graduating, she joined Fred Astaire Dance Studios where she has been teaching, choreographing, and competing pro/am for over 6 years. As a professional dancer, Natalie has competed in both Rhythm and Smooth winning different events in the regional and national arena.
