Sophie Burke is a lifelong Arkansas native who graduated with her B.A. in Theatre Arts from Henderson State University in 2023. Her love of dance started with a love of music, and after several years of being a show choir member (and occasional choreographer), Sophie trained in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Modern, and Musical Theatre Dance as part of her theatre education at HSU. She joined Fred Astaire Fayetteville in early 2025 as a Front Desk Executive while undergoing her teacher training. She is excited to help grow a passionate and inclusive dance community in Northwest Arkansas and to continue learning and growing as a Ballroom Dancer!
