Alina Schroyer – Studio Owner

Studio Owner | Professional Ballroom Dance Instructor & Choreographer | Dance Competitor

Alina Schroyer is a lifelong dancer, passionate teacher, and proud owner of Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Hilton Head. With over 20 years of experience as a student and professional competitor and nearly 10 years of teaching students from all walks of life, Alina brings both heart and expertise to every step on the dance floor.

Her love for dance began as a child in a small hometown studio and grew into a lifelong pursuit. She went on to train in theatre arts and formal dance education, eventually becoming a finalist and semi-finalist in top ballroom dance competitions across the country, alongside her husband Paul. But her greatest joy comes from sharing that experience with others, helping her students build confidence, connect through movement, and discover their own rhythm.

At Fred Astaire Hilton Head, Alina and Paul have created a warm, welcoming space where everyone—from first-time dancers to seasoned performers—can feel at home. Her approach is encouraging, fun, and deeply personal, tailored to each dancer’s goals and journey.

Whether you’re preparing for a special event, a competition, or simply want to try something new, Alina’s mission is to make sure you feel inspired and empowered every step of the way.
