Daria Lastovetska, born in the intercultural city of Vinnytsia, Ukraine, began her journey with Hip Hop and Contemporary dance at a young age, igniting a lifelong passion for the art of movement. At 16, she started studying Pole Dance. Daria pursued her education at a university in Poland, where she became a linguist specializing in Polish and Chinese languages. In 2022, she started teaching Pole Dance and stretching for children, youth, and adults, as well as Pole Exotic and High Heels for ladies 18 and older.
With her solid foundation in contemporary dance and her smooth tone, Daria teaches impeccable ballroom dance lessons, helping her students evolve their technique and physical boundaries. These traits enhance her dance instruction significantly. Her passion for both dancing and teaching brought her to Fred Astaire in April 2024.
Daria brings years of diverse dance experience to her role, having trained extensively in American Smooth and Rhythm through our intensive professional FADS curriculum. She brings a positive attitude, a welcoming smile, and enthusiasm to the dance floor—attributes that are invaluable for teaching students of all ages. Because of her well-rounded background, learning to dance with Daria is an enriching experience. You will become adept at form and technique and develop an enhanced sense of rhythm and movement. You’ll also have a lot of fun.
As a skilled dancer and compassionate teacher, Daria finds great fulfillment in sharing her expertise with students of all levels. She excels in crafting personalized lessons that cater to each student’s unique learning style and goals, whether they are beginners eager to learn the basics or experienced dancers striving to perfect their technique.

Outside of the studio, Daria enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, exploring her interests in cooking, playing video games, watching Turkish series, and spending time with her pug Justin and her husband. Her multicultural background and fluency in multiple languages, including Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, Chinese, and English, enrich her ability to connect with a diverse range of students.
