Born in Hungary, Alexandra (Alex) fell in love with dance at the young age of 7. Just one year into her journey, she knew this was her lifelong passion. By the age of 9, she was already lighting up the stage with performances and competitions, ultimately becoming a 7-time National Champion. Her talent took her to the world stage early, competing at the prestigious Blackpool Dance Festival more than half a dozen times starting at just 8 years old.
At 20, Alex moved to the United States to begin her American journey. Since then, she and her dance partner, Mihaly Meszaros, have made their mark internationally— competing at Blackpool in the Open Latin division, earning a 48th-place world ranking in the Rising Star division, and securing multiple National and World Champion titles.
Beyond her competitive success, Alex is passionate about teaching students of all ages and experience levels. She began her teaching career with Fred Astaire Dance Studios in 2014 and quickly became a natural mentor within the community. Today, she is a proud multi-studio owner, dedicated to enriching lives through the joy of dance and inspiring the next generation of dancers.
Fun Fact: When she’s not dancing, Alex loves discovering new spicy foods and is always on the hunt for the best tacos!
